How much a custom shower enclosure costs and what affects the price

When people ask about a custom shower enclosure, the first question is almost always the same: how much does it cost? The answer depends on a few things, but the good news is that you do not have to guess. Here is an overview of starting prices and what affects the final amount.

Starting prices by model

The prices below are starting prices for made to measure enclosures in tempered glass:

• Walk-in screen, a single panel with no door and no step: from 7,000 RSD
• Flat Pivot, a flat hinged enclosure for a niche: from 19,000 RSD
• Flat Slide, a flat sliding enclosure for a niche: from 19,400 RSD
• Linea Pivot, a corner enclosure with a hinged door and a fixed side panel: from 21,000 RSD

What the final price depends on

The choice of model has the biggest effect on the price. A niche enclosure uses less glass than a corner one, and the screen is the simplest of all. Right after the model come the measurements: the wider, deeper and taller the enclosure, the more glass it needs.

That is why it helps to decide first whether you need a niche enclosure, a corner enclosure or just a screen. Once you know the shape of the shower, the choice narrows to two or three models and the price difference between them becomes clear.

Whether you want installation also affects the price. We install enclosures ourselves, and the calculator shows the price both with and without installation. Addresses more than 30 km from Niš have a travel surcharge, which the calculator shows as well.

• for a shower in a niche, choose a flat enclosure, as it uses less glass than a corner one
• if the shower is floor level and spacious enough, consider a walk-in screen
• if you are handy with tools, the calculator also shows the price without installation

What is not worth saving on is accurate measurement. An enclosure that does not fit well soon becomes a problem, and measuring with us is always free.
